![]() | Halfar System GmbH starts 2009 with a new Corporate LogoFor more than 10 years Halfar System has used the brand pro design® for the sales of bags and backpacks to the promotional market and the brand tec design® in connection with professional and technical bags. Both have done very well during that time, however, we have increasingly felt that they did not allow us to express fully the aesthetics and emotions of the brand Halfar in the way we would like. Beside this both logos were too generic in appearance and too difficult to feature in certain environments. For our customers, suppliers, distributors of promotional articles as well as buyers for technical bags the name Halfar has always been present and recognised so we decided to stop using the other names and to create an entirely new corporate logo and image based around the brand name Halfar to best represent our current philosophy and market position. We shall of course continue to promote the internationally recognised, and very successful original LorryBag® concept, name and logo which is an exclusive registered trade mark created and owned by our company. We began by redefining our company mission statement with the aim to develop a specific and long lasting competitive business strategy for growth. Then using these parameters we started work on creating the logo and total corporate image which we feel best represents Halfar today and into the future. The 4 areas of brand recognition, market positioning, perceived value and operational activity were all considered in depth. An in house project group was formed to consider in detail all the various aspects and to come up with clearly defined answers to all the questions. Over this 6 month analysis phase there was support from the well known market research company TNS ….who also carried out intensive surveys to get important direct feedback from customers in the different market sectors concerning their criticisms, needs and expectations. The objective was to highlight the major strengths of the company, find the areas that needed attention, and create a strategy to build on the existing solid foundations and put in hand the improvements necessary to ensure a strong structure for future development. The first result is the launching of the new Halfar logo which demonstrates the key elements which form the philosophy of the company - strength, quality, reliability and creativity. ![]() | New corporation: bandee:® Germany GmbH and Halfar System GmbHbandee:® Germany from Berlin and Halfar System have agreed to conclude a co-operation contract on behalf of the marketing of the red dot awarded Bandee. For the young fashion label bandee from Berlin 2008 is a successful and remarkable year. Beside being awarded with the red dot design as well as with the Plus X award bandy has won in early 2008 the significant promotional Gift Award. Finally this award has led to the negotiations with Halfar System who is the specialist for bags and backpacks as promotional article. Both companies`target is the optimization of the distribution within the markets of promotional articles in Europe. Halfar will be the distribution partner of Bandee for the promotional market in Europe whereas Bandee will concentrate its effords on retail. Both companies announce that this situation means a win-win situation for both as Bandee can profit from Halfar´s good standing within the promotion markets whereas Halfar has a wonderful new product to sell which has already been implemented successfully within the retail markets. The concluded co-operation with go into effect on September 15 which is at the same time the start for Bandee´s carrier within the promotion markets. The products will be available ex stock Halfar by approx. mid of October. | |||

This material is for example in daily use for covering sails in order to protect them from rotting. The material is as standard available in silver and white and has an extreme high valuable appearence. PersonningBags are not available from stock but are made to order. He will exclusively represent both of the sister companies in Northern Germany (postcode areas 1-5) after it was possible to already acquire Günter Schmidt for Southern Germany in March. By taking this step, both of the companies increase their blow count in field sales, enabling them to care for their customers "on site" with greater intensity as was previously the case.
